About the Role
We are looking for a warm, well-spoken, and customer-focused Receptionist (Female) to be the first point of contact at Magic Mirror Salon. You will be responsible for greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage phone calls, inquiries, and salon bookings (walk-in & over the phone).
- Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments.
- Maintain client records and manage the salon’s booking system.
- Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with the salon team to ensure seamless service for clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Upsell and inform clients about ongoing offers, packages, and services.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Languages: Proficiency in Kannada and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with good customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage booking software.
- Prior experience in a salon/spa/hospitality industry is an advantage.
