Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
- Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- Schedule and manage appointments/meetings.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
- Keep reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks (data entry, filing, photocopying).
- Provide information and support to guests, clients, and staff as required.
