Job Description:
We are seeking a Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle client interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors
- Assist in administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and documentation
