Position: Receptionist (Female)

Job Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome clients, candidates, and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, elegant, and organized reception area that reflects the brand’s standards.
- Guest Relations:
- Ensure a positive first impression by delivering excellent hospitality and attentive service to all visitors.
- Handle client inquiries efficiently and redirect them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Communication Handling:
- Answer and manage incoming calls with clarity, confidence, and courtesy.
- Handle emails and appointment scheduling in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, documentation, and filing.
- Assist with HR coordination, especially in managing candidate walk-ins, interview schedules, and follow-ups.
- Professional Presentation:
- Uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Represent Splash Gain Associates with grace and poise, embodying a service-oriented attitude.
- Office Coordination:
- Maintain office visitor logs and support in maintaining front office security.
- Assist in organizing small in-office events or meetings when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Pleasant, attractive personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates from the aviation industry (cabin crew/ground staff), with a background in customer service and front-line roles.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
- Highly organized, punctual, and confident in dealing with diverse clients and professionals.
- Prior experience in a reception/front-office/customer-facing role is desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
