About the Role
FLYZONE COMPANY is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Aluva office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for senior staff
- Handle basic queries about travel consultancy services
- Maintain reception area and office supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks and document preparation
Requirements
- Female candidate, with 1–3 years of front-desk or receptionist experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
