Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors professionally and warmly
* Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
* Provide basic information via in-person, phone, or email communication
* Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
* Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, or scheduling
Required Traits:
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Pleasant and polished personality — great for face-to-face interactions
* Professional demeanor and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
