Job Description – Receptionist
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 44
Work Timings: General shift
Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in a receptionist or administrative role and possess good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in administrative tasks.
- Maintain visitor records and assist with basic office administration.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-4 years in a receptionist or front office role.
- Education: Minimum Graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional and polite demeanor.
Compensation: Competitive as per industry standards.
