Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
* Welcome members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding classes, memberships, and gym services.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Handle member check-ins and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
* Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Sales and Membership Growth:
* Actively promote gym memberships, class packages, and retail products to potential clients.
* Conduct tours of the facility to showcase gym amenities and programs.
* Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins.
* Assist in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
Administrative Duties:
* Maintain accurate records of memberships, contracts, and sales.
* Process payments and manage daily cash handling and reporting.
* Support the team in scheduling classes and coordinating bookings.
Qualifications and Skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
* Previous experience in a receptionist, sales, or customer service role, preferably in the fitness or sports industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with gym management software is a plus.
