Job Responsibilities
- · Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.

- · Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- · Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- · Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- · Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- · Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- · Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- · Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- · Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing.
- Assist sales team in coordination with clients, Must work as a mediator between sales team and clients
- Responsible for handling inquiries and complaints from Clients and customers Over the calls, Emails and Online portals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
