Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Manage appointment scheduling and office correspondence
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
