Role Overview:
We are looking for a pleasant, professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.)
- Receive and distribute daily couriers and deliveries
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails as required
- Provide support to HR/Admin teams as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (0–1 year; freshers with good communication skills may apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude and a pleasant personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,876.09 per month
