Job Title: Receptionist
About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for our college. As the face of our office, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff, while supporting day-to-day administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and interviews
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
