Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
- Maintain guest records and ensure proper billing.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and nearby attractions.
- Ensure the lobby/front office area is neat and presentable at all times.
