Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Sanrad Infotech, Cheran Towers, Govt. Arts College Road., Coimbatore
Office Timings: Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Report to office by 9:15 AM, Opening and Closing of Office will be your responsibility)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist / Administrator who can assist with both front desk operations and basic administrative tasks, including accounting. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and help ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage office communications and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
- Maintain the front desk's organization and appearance.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and data entry.
- Support the accounts team with daily bookkeeping, record management, and account reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of payments and receipts.
- Coordinate office supplies and handle inventory management.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrator, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks, Swipe etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the office premises
