- Greet and assist members and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle emails promptly.
- Manage membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Schedule appointments for personal training or fitness consultations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and update membership records.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills
Organized & detail-oriented
Passion for fitness or interest in a healthy lifestyle is an advantage.
