Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Visitor Handling:
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Notify appropriate staff of visitor arrivals.
- Provide basic information to guests and clients when required.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist in conference arrangements.
- Support the administrative team with filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Maintain internal contact lists and directories.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management as needed.
- Assist in coordinating appointments and schedules when required.
