We are looking for a friendly, organized, and efficient Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, while also handling essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain front desk, common areas, and reception cleanliness.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Handle basic office duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and internal communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
