Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling qualified leads, conducting property presentations, site visits, and guiding clients through the sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for real estate. This is a target-based role with attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calling & Follow-up: Call potential customers from leads database and qualify them based on interest and buying capability.
Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and conduct site visits with clients, ensure timely follow-up and build strong rapport to convert interest into commitment.
Client Engagement & Negotiation: Understand client requirements, present suitable project options, and negotiate pricing and terms to close bookings.
Booking Closure: Ensure all necessary documentation, payment follow-ups, and initial formalities are completed to confirm booking.
Handover to CRM: Once the booking is confirmed, seamlessly hand over the client with complete details to the CRM team for post-sales coordination.
Database & Reporting: Maintain proper lead tracking, follow-up records, and status updates using CRM software. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Plot Selling.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce, Sell.do, or industry-specific tools).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – for reporting and analysis.
Ability to work under pressure, meets targets, and handles multiple clients simultaneously.
Preferred Attributes:
Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mind-set.
Local market knowledge is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
