Job description:
- responsible for new product development and looking after the whole process of development.
- Sourcing of raw materials will be there so that the best quality of raw material can be available within TAT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate new product concepts based on market trends, consumer insights and business goals.
- Vendor Management will also be there.
- Develop and document manufacturing procedures, specifications, and quality control measures for new products.
- Foster collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
