Radiology Marketing Executive
Position Overview
The Radiology Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote radiology services, medical imaging equipment, and related healthcare solutions. This senior-level position leads marketing initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth and market presence.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Create and manage annual marketing budgets for radiology service lines
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Lead brand development and positioning for radiology services and products
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness
Product Marketing & Communication
- Direct marketing campaigns for imaging equipment, services, and technological innovations
- Oversee creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
- Develop value propositions for new products and services
- Manage content strategy for technical and clinical communications
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in radiology
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing tools and resources
- Partner with clinical teams to ensure accurate technical content in marketing materials
- Coordinate with regulatory affairs to ensure marketing compliance
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors
Market Analysis & Research
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities and market positioning
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to inform marketing strategies
- Evaluate new market opportunities and potential service line expansions
- Track and report on marketing ROI and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree preferred (MBA or related)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience
- 5+ years of healthcare or medical device marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience in radiology or medical imaging industry
Technical Knowledge
- Deep understanding of medical imaging technology and radiology services
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations
