As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Data and Analytics team, you will support advanced analytics projects across various operational functions, channels, and products. Your role will enhance the customer experience by providing complete analytics support to maintain better controls in the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support & lead partnerships with key Ops stakeholders and Ops Product groups with a strong understanding of business drivers, underlying data, and processes.
- Support demand mitigation programs by providing data and analytics leadership across the servicing organization.
- Excel in collaborating with various teams to effectively map the data flow from processes to databases.
- Lead development and reporting of Ops performance metrics & KPIs using analytical tools such as trend analysis, segmentation, and optimization.
- Analyze customer interactions across various channels to understand customer journeys and friction points.
- Manage multiple deliverables focused on gaining insight into various issues and enhancing existing monitoring processes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing insights and conclusions for executives in scheduled analytics meetings.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
- Experience delivering analytics solutions following Agile methodology.
- Effective communication skills with senior leaders and great presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Python is a good-to-have skill.
- Familiarity with data mining, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Experience in data QC and backtracking discrepancies.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to analyze problems and design solutions.
