Role Overview:
The Quality Executive will play a dual role in:
* Lead Conversion: Supporting the business team with NABH expertise to convert
healthcare leads into clients.
* Implementation: Leading hospitals through the NABH accreditation journey —
from gap analysis to certification readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers to explain NABH standards &
benefits.
* Conduct gap analysis for NABH Entry Level and Full Accreditation.
* Develop & implement Policies, SOPs, Statutory Registers, and Compliance Manuals.
* Train hospital staff on quality indicators, patient safety, and infection control
practices.
* Support internal audits, mock drills, and corrective action plans.
* Coordinate with the Accounts team for costing and the Manager for project timelines.
* Ensure hospitals are audit-ready for NABH external assessments.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s / Master’s in Healthcare / Hospital Administration / Quality Management.
* 2–4 years of experience in hospital quality / NABH implementation.
* Strong knowledge of NABH standards (Entry Level & Full Accreditation).
* Skills in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Quality Indicators.
* Excellent communication, presentation & training delivery skills.
* Ability to manage multiple hospitals/projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
