3. Develop and validate microbiological testing procedures in the laboratory.
4. Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and protocols.
5. Recommend release or rejection of products based on microbiological test results.
6. Ensure adherence to laboratory sanitation and safety protocols.
7. Maintain and manage equipment and materials in the microbiology laboratory.
8. Collaborate with the quality control department and discuss quality-related issues.
