Key Responsibilities:
· In process bulk & finished goods verification as per requisition slip
· Intimation slip signing off for both in process bulk & finished products once received by production department
· Set up of new test protocols for- Testing of Bulk & product finished
· Raw material & packing material verification as per the intimation slip
· Set up of new test protocols for packing material & raw material testing
· Clearance of the Raw data sheet & Certificate of analysis as per the compliance of standard specification
· Verification of all Quality control log book entries. Resolves errors found while verification
· Begin to contact vendors to implement vendor quality certifications
· Co-ordination with supplier for the chemicals & apparatus required for new test set up.
· Co-ordination with supplier for the machine maintenance related query found (if any)
· Creates, supervises and maintains quality control & quality assurance standard requirements
· Performing troubleshooting & calibration of laboratory equipments
· Collaboration with members of other departments in order to collect, organize and report data for statistical studies
· Arrange to send samples to third party laboratory along with proper test letter & test specifications Communicate with outside (third party) lab for sample results and certificate of analysis purposes
· Registration of finished products along with checking documentation of quality assurance testing
· Currently looking on quality assurance related all work including: Line checklist, control samples, Verification of all BMR & BPR, Clearance of batch release
· Manage to work entirely in absence of QC officer
· Email writing & External co-ordination required related to QC/QA department.
