Core Responsibilities: As a Purchase Executive, you'll drive our production forward by:
Order Placement: Effectively placing purchase orders with vendors for required materials, components, and equipment based on project needs and timelines.
Vendor Sourcing: Identifying and on boarding new vendors to expand our supplier network and keep our options open.
Vendor Communication: Building and nurturing strong vendor relationships to ensure seamless communication, issue resolution, and favorable terms.
Negotiation Skills: Using your negotiation finesse to secure competitive pricing and terms while maintaining quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring procured materials meet our quality standards and technical specifications.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions, including orders, receipts and expenses for precise bookkeeping.
Vendor Management: Continuously evaluating potential vendors, tracking orders, and managing vendor relationships.
Process Adherence: Strictly adhering to our procurement processes and policies and suggesting improvements when needed.
