- Purchase Order Management:Creating and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Vendor Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and resolving any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels, forecasting future needs, and ensuring adequate supplies to meet operational demands.
- Cost Control:Analyzing market trends, negotiating favorable pricing, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Compliance:Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Reporting:Generating reports on purchasing activity, supplier performance, and cost savings.
