Key Responsibilities – Purchase Executive
- Identify and source reliable suppliers
- Obtain and evaluate quotations
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
- Negotiate prices and payment terms
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams
- Track delivery schedules and follow up with vendors
- Ensure materials meet quality standards
- Monitor stock levels and reorder when needed
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues
