We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing property sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential buyers through various channels (calls, walk-ins, site visits, referrals, etc.)
- Explain property features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients
- Arrange and conduct site visits and property tours
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the backend team for documentation and post-sales services
