Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of job experience (administration, coordination, or related field)
Responsibilities:
- Handle property-related documentation and maintain accurate records
- Visit construction sites for office-related needs and coordination
- Assist with filing, data entry, and official correspondence
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and office staff
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
