We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator to act as the primary contact between our clients and development teams. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication, manage project updates, handle client feedback, and support the overall client experience throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekly project updates to clients, ensuring transparency and building trust.
- Communicate client-raised issues promptly to the relevant development team members.
- Keep clients informed about the status and resolution of their reported issues.
- Collect general feedback from clients and share actionable insights with senior management.
- Raise invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Request and collect client testimonials upon successful project completion.
- Obtain all necessary content and assets related to app and website development from clients.
- Coordinate app publishing processes, including gathering publishing content, sharing account creation links, and informing clients about delays or potential issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project statistics, including timelines, delays, bugs reported by clients, and feedback received.
- Ensure all client communications are documented and easily accessible for future reference.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients post-project to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
