Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate solar EPC project activities, ensuring timely execution, team coordination, and proper documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day coordination of solar EPC projects
- Schedule engineering/site visits and monitor material dispatch
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare reports and update project progress documentation
- Assist with subsidy documentation and net metering processes
- Ensure project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the solar EPC industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
- Diploma/Graduate (technical or engineering background preferred)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill set)
