Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and have a strong ability to coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from initiation to completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the project team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle follow-ups, task tracking, and issue resolution.
- Support senior management in strategy implementation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: B.Tech/BBA/MBA).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a project coordination or operations role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working with junior team members and coordinating with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
