Job Objective:
We're on a mission to disrupt traditional media buying with technology-led digital advertising. As Lead – Programmatic Operations (ORTB), you’ll drive our supply integrations, manage platform onboarding, and optimize real-time bidding execution across a global programmatic ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Header Bidding, ORTB protocol, RTB/PMP environments
- Expertise in SSP monetization via platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) and Amazon UAM
- Proven success in infrastructure setup and deal executions with top DSPs
- Deep understanding of CTV, Video, and Display monetization
- Strong working knowledge of SSPs & AdTech platforms:
- PubMatic, BidSwitch, Appnexus, Rubicon, PulsePoint, Freewheel
- Leadership experience in managing large-scale programmatic operations
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, and solution-oriented mindset

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
