Job Description:
We are seeking a Professional Services Executive to manage our client site professional services. You will understand the client requirements for onsite professional services/ resources and work with recruitment executives/ agencies for recruitment and service fulfilment.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with our clients and understand onsite resource requirement. Discuss with internal stakeholders to understand selection criteria and pricing.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage job postings and recruitment tools
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
