Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the lifecycle of digital certificates, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.
Implement and maintain certificate management solutions using Venafi.
Integrate certificate management processes with ServiceNow and CMDB.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of certificate management with ITSM processes.
Develop and maintain scripts using Shell, Perl, Python, and Ansible for automation of certificate management tasks.
Work with Unix and Windows environments to support certificate management activities.
Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment of certificate management solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital certificates and their integration with various systems.
Provide training and support to internal teams on certificate management best practices.
