We Are Hiring For Process Trainer Who have Experience In BPO AS a process Trainer or Product Trainer
Principal Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire training and soft skills training.
- Sensitive to training needs / understanding learning requirements of differently learning groups.
- Organize, Plan and implement monthly cyclic activities including fresher training, monthly tests and call monitoring.
- Liaise with the quality and Ops to identify, Screen and execute process improvement plans.
- Plan and improve training workshops and projects to monitor and groom poor performers.
- Ability to execute training tasks/ assignment on short notice.
- Interested to deliver and contribute towards process improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Min UG/Graduate/PG
- Good Communication skills
- Confident & Positive Body language
- Creative & Flexible mind to explore new concepts
- Flexible With Shifts
- 6 days working
- Good in Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
