Job Summary
- This is a Lead BA role, under the Risk Advice initiative, to enhance self-service and advisors' efficiency by building the Knowledge Management capability framework
Responsibilities include:
- Drive the creation of a navigational database of knowledge on lessons learned, process steps, system guidance, country engagement rules, and other crucial information that has not been structurally captured so far but is key in dispensing advice
- Additionally, the KM information will also serve as one of the databases for the GenAI Capability
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of this capability
- This role will involve involve delivering a framework for knowledge management, technical enablement, content creation, integration with ACR, and establishing ongoing monitoring and maintenance mechanisms
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Define the global strategy, vision, and requirements for Reg-to-policy.
- Shape the Group’s strategic plans and contribute to its overall risk management framework.
- Represent the program in committees and management forums as needed.
Business
- Influence stakeholders effectively, tailoring communication to various audiences.
- Drive proactive stakeholder engagement with a solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align processes and objectives.
Risk Management
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks in collaboration with the program manager
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
