Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate data from multiple systems to facilitate inventory availability check and order entry
- Perform various order management functions including order entry and expediting
- Provided accurate order entry change order and detailed telephone information while maintaining call center objectives and goals
- Process a high volume of product orders via electronic distribution from order entry to shipment for revenue recognition
- Plan and pro actively manage through SAP the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts from Order Entry to Collection
- Provided order management support for sales including order entry and order tracking using SAP
- Order entry shipping fill rate and product availability management of orders
- Extensive intricate knowledge of SAP ERP system including inventory sales and receivables and invoicing modules
- End to end knowledge on the Export process system from ERP to interfaced systems
- Extensive knowledge on simple and complex contract under order booking and management

- Ability to communicate verbally and write in English
- Ability to understand language nuances intonation accent inference in spoken written English
- Willing to work in night shifts
