- Monitor and track tasks assigned across teams using Asana (or similar project management tools).
- Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain and update task status and progress in the system.
- Generate and share regular reports and dashboards with the directors.
- Identify bottlenecks, delays, and escalate issues when required.
- Support process improvement by ensuring teams follow structured workflows.
- Coordinate between departments to streamline task completion.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project management support.
- Hands-on experience with Asana (or tools like Trello, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with multiple teams.
