Role Overview:
We are seeking a Process Coordinator who is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end processes for curtain projects, from preparing quotations to coordinating with vendors, installers, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quotations for curtains based on client requirements.
- Maintain and update project data, budgets, and timelines using Excel.
- Create impactful presentations for client pitches and internal use in PowerPoint.
- Coordinate and follow up with:
- Vendors for fabric orders and delivery timelines.
- Installer teams for scheduling and execution.
- Clients for approvals, updates, and feedback.
- Ensure smooth workflow between sales, design, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data analysis) and MS PowerPoint (design and layout).
- Prior experience in interior design, furnishing, or related industries preferred.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
