Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits of store operations, billing, inventory, and documentation processes
- Identify gaps and provide process improvement recommendations
- Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable insights
- Collaborate with departments to ensure proper implementation of process changes
- Ensure loss prevention and accountability across all functions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing or internal control
- Knowledge of jewelry retail processes is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and documentation
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
