Key Responsibilities:
- Financial modeling, valuation, and industry research
- Support due diligence and transaction execution
- Assist SMEs in IPO readiness and SEBI compliance
- Prepare investor presentations and offer documents
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in PE/VC/IPO advisory/investment banking
- Strong knowledge of finance, compliance, and capital markets
- Excellent analytical, Excel, and communication skills
