Production:

• Establishing precast facility as per schedule in co-ordination with Construction Methods Planning team.

• Preparing production schedule based on construction schedule.

• Guiding precast staff, monitoring and ensuring production to achieve target number of precast elements.

• Workout logistics, arranging and managing manpower for smooth functioning of yard.

• Interfacing with MEP & Finishing team for embedment in precast.

• Ensuring reconciliation of material as per agreed quantity.

• Ensuring ACE provision for precast works.

• Monitoring safety and quality at yard.

Erection:

• Preparing erection schedule based on units to be handed over.

• Ensuring stock of precast elements as per the requirement.

• Ensuring erection of precast panels as per standard practices.

• Optimizing Plant & Machinery at site.

• Monitoring safety and quality during erection of precast elements at site.

• Resolving technical issues in coordination with design team, planning team, CMPC and client’s representative.

• Interfacing with finishing team to ensure smooth handing over.

• Handing over of units as per the schedule.
