We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead our Playgroup, Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG programs with vision, innovation, and care.
Key Responsibilities
Frame and design activity-based, innovative lesson plans for Playgroup, Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG, aligning with early childhood development needs and NEP 2020 guidelines.
- Ensure lesson plans integrate holistic growth areas – cognitive, social-emotional, physical, creative, and language development.
- Incorporate Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) goals through play, storytelling, rhymes, and hands-on experiences.
- Guide and mentor teachers in executing lesson plans effectively, ensuring classrooms are engaging, inclusive, and child-centered.
- Regularly review and refine lesson plans based on classroom observations, feedback, and student learning outcomes.
- Plan thematic projects, celebrations, and events that connect classroom learning with real-life experiences.
- Support teachers with teaching resources, age-appropriate materials, and strategies to manage diverse learning needs.
- Conduct classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and organize teacher training/workshops.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to track and support the individual progress of children.
- Foster a nurturing, joyful, and safe environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence in children.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Playgroup, Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG for curriculum continuity and progression.
Key Skills & Qualities
- Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and NEP 2020 recommendations.
- Creativity in designing play-based, hands-on activities.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / B.Ed. (Pre-Primary specialization preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching and/or coordination.
- Experience in lesson planning, teacher mentoring, and activity-based curriculum design is essential.
Work Timings
- Regular Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
- Weekly Off: One Saturday leave per month + Sundays.
- Special Days/Events: Flexibility to work extended hours on occasions such as Annual Day, Sports Day, or school celebrations.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
