What are we looking for? Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submission and upload of CLRA-related compliance documents. • Validate documents for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory and company requirements. • Provide guidance and support to suppliers on the document upload process and system navigation. • Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards for monitoring document submission status. • Escalate delays, discrepancies, or non-Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submission and upload of CLRA-related compliance documents. • Validate documents for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory and company requirements. • Provide guidance and support to suppliers on the document upload process and system navigation. • Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards for monitoring document submission status. • Escalate delays, discrepancies, or non-compliance cases to the CLRA Team Lead. • Ascompliance cases to the CLRA Team Lead. • Assist in periodic audits and reviews of supplier compliance records. • Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, Legal, HR, Operations) for issue resolution. • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance timelines. • 0–2 years of experience in compliance support, supplier management, or document control. • Basic knowledge of CLRA and statutory compliance (training will be provided). • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting. • Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
