Job Description-
Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred for PMO roles. Candidates with prior experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, or other related roles are preferred.
- With very good communication and comprehension skills.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Tools.
- Project Planning: who can help in project estimation, planning, defining goals and objectives
- Risk Management: who can Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track
- Stakeholder Communication: who acts as a single point of contact for all stakeholders, including management, project managers, and team members
- Project Delivery: who ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Who can do time tracking & booking as per available cost
- Seating Plan as per the working window / shifts
- IT service desk tracking of issue to closure
- DI Support: FMEA, RACM, JET etc
- Capturing MOM from governance call and track actions to closure.
Total Experience Expected: 03-05 years
Qualifications
- Graduate or Master's.
- Certifications: Not mandatory, however knowledge of Lean, ITIL, or project management tools & techniques is an advantage.
