Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot programmable logic controller (PLC) systems for our automation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial automation equipment and will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software in custom machinery and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop PLC programs for automation equipment (e.g., SPMs, assembly lines, laser machines).
Configure, program, and troubleshoot HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and technical documents.
Test and debug control systems both in-house and at customer sites.
Integrate sensors, actuators, and field devices into PLC systems.
Support installation, commissioning, and customer training on-site.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and design teams to develop control logic.
Modify and improve existing programs for system upgrades or efficiency improvements.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2–10 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
Proficiency in programming PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.).
Experience with SCADA/HMI development software.
Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Hands-on experience with debugging tools and field wiring.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel for commissioning and service support.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in special purpose machines (SPMs), laser marking, leak testing, or vision inspection systems.
Familiarity with servo systems and motion controllers.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
