Job Description:
Kasa Feed Mills India Pvt. Ltd., a growing name in the cattle feed manufacturing industry, is looking for a skilled PLC Operator to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) used in our automated feed production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor PLC-controlled equipment for feed production.
- Perform regular checks and ensure smooth operation of machinery.
- Troubleshoot PLC-related issues and assist in basic maintenance.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain operational logs and basic reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience operating PLC systems in a manufacturing/industrial environment (preferably feed or food industry).
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems.
- Ability to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.
