An Plant Supervisor supports the Plant Manager in overseeing daily operations of a manufacturing or production facility. They are responsible for ensuring efficient and safe production, quality control, and team leadership.
Responsibilities-
- Assisting the Plant Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating all production activities within the plant.
- Collaborating with various department heads to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Preparing daily reports regarding plant productions, sales and operational activities and daily forward to Management.
Requirement-
- Candidate Should Be from the Accounting Background will be preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences
- Educational Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / MBA
