Job Purpose
To facilitate student placements by building and maintaining relationships with recruiters, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring smooth execution of campus recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Engagement & Networking
Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with potential recruiters.
Coordinate with industry professionals to arrange campus drives, internships, and training opportunities.
Student Support & Preparation
Organize resume-building, interview skills, and soft skills training sessions.
Maintain updated student databases with academic and skill profiles for placement purposes.
Placement Drive Coordination
Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
Facilitate communication between students and recruiters, ensuring timely updates.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain placement records and prepare periodic reports for management.
Document recruiter feedback and share it with faculty and students for improvement.
Industry-Institute Collaboration
Support MoUs, industry visits, and corporate tie-ups.
Assist in organizing career fairs, workshops, and guest lectures.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
